Tag…You’re It!

 I’m Feeling…Popular.

Not only have I just recently been nominated for The Versatile Blogger Award but I have now been tagged in a blogger hash tag game called ‘Blog Tag’ by Stefanie Neumann.

I like Blog Tag because there is no pressure to answer. It’s all by choice, but it’s a chance to once again share the inner most part of myself with my readers…you!

Thank you so very much for thinking of me! Here I go. 😀

Here is how it works:

  1. Post rules.
  2. Answer the questions set for you in their post.
  3. Then it’s your turn to “tag” 11 people with a link to your post.
  4. Let them know they’ve been tagged.
  5. Create 11 new questions or use the same ones to ask the people you’ve tagged.

My Answers to Stefanie Neumann’s questions:

How would you describe yourself in three lines?

I am fear, doubt, hatred, pain, misguidance, and loss. I am love, joy, happiness, innocents, compassion and hope. I am a collection of various cultures and ways of life. I am a blend of the old, the new and the blue. I am me, who are you?

What do you enjoy most doing?

Listening to music, and reading. Both allow me to slip into the lives of the artist and for a brief moment, live a life that is not my own.

If there was one gift you had for this world, what would that be?

Release. From bondage, pain, prejudice and fear.

When you think about the ones you love, can you describe three things that symbolize what you love about them?

Freedom to be. Peace of mind. and Silent Understanding.

What was a heart-warming compliment that someone gave to you? Or, if you can’t think of one: What heart-warming compliment would you give to yourself?

One heartwarming comment given to me was: “You’re always so happy. You’re so confident in yourself.” It touched me because it came from the most unlikeliest of places and amazed me because I had never looked at myself that way before.

What was an inspiring insight that you learned from somebody?

“Light shines brightest in the dark.”

If you could go back in time and talk to your eight year old self: What would you thank him or her for? Or, if you are still there or on the way: What would you like to thank yourself for, now?

If I could go back to my eight year old self I would tell her: “Don’t cry. You are worthy of love. And one day your reflection will reveal on the outside the breathtaking beauty that lies within you.”

If you could go forward in time and talk to your eighty year old self: What would you thank him or her for? Or, if you are already there or beyond: What would you like to thank yourself for, now?

If I could go forward to my eighty year old self I would tell her that: “Building a lifelong relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was the best choice of my life. Thank you.”

Imagine your perfect day. How does it feel?

I am at peace.

Imagine one of your dreams coming true. How does it feel?

I feel successful, and I am filled with joy because I have reached a goal, and watched it unfold before my eyes.

Imagine one loving message you could give to the world, right now. What would it be?

“Heartache, betrayal, loss and tears teach us compassion, so that when we meet someone who screams without words that they need someone—anyone–to see them, we can respond, and pull them through.”

Thank you once again Stefanie Neumann for thinking of me, and now the moment you have all been waiting for…

My 11 Questions for you are:

What are five things you love most about yourself?

What is your fondest memory?

When you think of home, what do you see, taste, feel?

Pretend you’re a stranger reading your blog. What is one word you would use to describe it?

“To be or not to be, that is the question?” by William Shakespeare What does this quote mean to you?

If you could go back in time, where would you go? And why?

If you could undo one thing from your past, what would it be?

What’s your favorite color and why?

They say you can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep. What is one attribute about your best friend or spouse that is most similar to you?

If you could have one power in the world what would it be and why?

Imagine one loving message you could give to the world, right now. What would it be?

“Water won’t stop me.”

I hope you have fun answering these questions if you choose. Thanks again!
